HISTORICAL RECORD

  • 1980 The inauguration of the first store of the Association took place, Ermou 61.
  • 1985 The first branch is established in Larissa.
  • 1985 The head office is moved to the new bigger store, 26 V. Irakleíou.
  • 1987 Establishment of a new branch in Kavala.
  • 1994 New branch in Patras.
  • 1999 Purchase of a new central store at the current headquarters at Tsimiski 43.
  • 2002 The first cycle of scientific lectures is launched in the event hall of the central store.
  • 2003 Purchased a warehouse in the Shopping Center of Thessaloniki.
  • 2007 Establishment of a branch in Kalamata.
  • 2008 Inauguration of the branch at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
  • 2011 Purchase of a factory in the Industrial area of Sindos, Thessaloniki, which is formed into central administration offices, a warehouse and a LOGISTICS distribution center. Also setting up a seminar room for 200 people, as well as a hands-on area.
  • 2015 Transfer to the new warehouse of PCAD in the Industrial area of Sindos.
  • 2017 Start of operation of the branch in Athens.
  • 2021 Start of operation of the 2nd branch in Athens.
  • 2021 Start of operation of the branch in Crete.

THE ASSOCIATION

P.C.A.D. was created in the 70s, exclusively by dentists in Thessaloniki. It started operating in 1980.

Purpose of the company is the marketing and distribution of quality dental products, consumables, materials, devices, and machines. Always in quality and price, which meet the modern needs of dental science, but also of Greek society.

Obligation of P.C.A.D. is the contribution to the training of colleagues, by organizing scientific-educational events, but also active participation in educational events of the Dental bodies.

The Association of Dentists of Thessaloniki is a pan-Hellenic company, based in Thessaloniki.

P.C.A.D. today has approximately 2,500 members-dentists, from all over Greece-Cyprus and has most Greek dentists as clients. It employs approximately 40 employees and external partners.

COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Association of Dentists of Thessaloniki is managed exclusively by dentists. This fact is a special reality for the sector as it bridges the distance between supplier and consumer, in essence the two concepts in this case are identical.

The new Board of Directors as it was formed after the elections held on 21-7-2023.
