You have the right to return or exchange the products you have purchased, within a period of one month from the date you receive the products. Returns are made only with ELTA COURIER, ACS and SPEEDEX.

Returns-Exchanges are accepted as long as the product has not been used, its packaging is intact and accompanied by the manufacturer’s label as well as the retail sales receipt or the invoice.

If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to not accept your return/exchange request, nor are returns-exchanges accepted for products that have passed one month after their purchase.

The customer does not have the right to test the products before signing that he has received the package, instead he must receive the package and test it later.

In case of return of the products, the refund process can be completed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.

If you have paid by cash on delivery, the amount of money related to the value of the goods (but not transport/shipping), cash on delivery or bank charges will be returned to your bank account number or credited to the customer’s account.

In the event of a return-exchange, an e-mail should be sent to the address info@dental-co.gr in which the order code and the reason for the return should be mentioned, or a telephone call should be made to 2310.570.560. Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00.

The goods to be returned should be sent to the headquarters of Industrial area of Thessaloniki, 21st Industrial Square A’ Phase, 570 22 Sindos. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to identify any obvious defects.

All transport costs for the return-exchange of the products are borne by the customer. In the cases where products of poor and defective quality were sold due to PCAD’s proven fault, or due to a mistake in receiving the order, pricing, shipping, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then PCAD fully assumes the responsibility of the replacement, the return cost, as well as the reshipment costs.
