Delivery of Goods

Delivery is made with ACS, SPEEDEX and ELTA COURIER. The delivery of the order takes place on the next business day (in hard-to-reach areas it may be delayed one or two days if needed).

If you give us a call by 15:00pm (+302310570560), your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. Shipping costs are as follows:

The members of the association are not charged for shipping. The shipping costs for non-members are 2.90 euros plus taxes for the first parcel up to 5 kg and 1.90 euros plus taxes for every 5kg parcel that follows.

If the products arrive at the destination you have indicated to us, but there is no person to receive the package, then the parcel service will provide an informational note that will refer you to the corresponding store of the carrier in your area.

If there is no response from the customer within the next 10 working days, the package is returned to our store. To avoid the above situation, we suggest that you choose addresses where there is always someone to receive the package (e.g. workplace) or mention a time frame of physical presence at your given location.

An order may be delayed if product is unavailable. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you immediately to inform you of all the alternative products or even cancel the order without any financial burden for the consumer. In periods of sales, extreme weather or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, there may be delay on the transport and delivery of your order.
